If you have fresh shrimps - wash, peel, remove intestines. Dry them on paper towel.
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
Pour water into a pot and place it on heat.
Cooking
Take a frying pan, put olive oil in it over heat. Heat it up, add shrimps inside. Fry over low heat for two or three minutes, add salt and pepper to taste.
After to the frying pan add Cherry tomatoes, fry them for 3-5 minutes until cooked. Take away from heat.
Put spirals to boiling, salted water in a saucepan.
IMPORTANT: Cook the pasta according to the instructions, without cooking of 1 minute. Be sure to note the time. In our case, the pasta cooks 9 minutes according to the instructions, therefore, we cook it for 8 minutes.
The spirals are ready al dente (bite retains internal elasticity). Drain the water. Don't forget to leave some water in which pasta was boiled.
Once again place the frying pan on heat, adding half a cup of water, then put spirals inside. Stir thoroughly, 30 seconds and our pasta is ready.
Spread the pasta, serve in a large flat / deep plate. Decorate with basil sprigs.
