Instructions
If you use fresh herbs, you need to wash them, dry, and then chop them finely.

Slice dried tomatoes into thin strips.
Cooking
Pour water into the pot and put it on heat.
Put ricotta and finely chopped (dry) herbs in a bowl (a combination of dry and fresh ones is possible). Mix everything thoroughly. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
We put spaghetti to boiling salted water in a saucepan. IMPORTANT: Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions, without cooking of 1 minute. Be sure to note the time. In our case, spaghetti is cooked for 9 minutes according to the instruction, therefore, we cook them for 8 minutes.
Spaghetti are ready. Drain the water, do not forget to leave some water in which the spaghetti were boiled.
In a large bowl put spaghetti and add ricotta with herbs. Mix everything well. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, capers and half of the sliced dried tomatoes. Mix everything again.
Serve the pasta in a large deep plate.
Decorate by dried tomatoes and also by sprig of rosemary.
