Pasta with mussles

Instructions
Preparation
Soak the mussels in cold, salted water for 1 hour. Rinse them thoroughly by removing plaque from each sink. Carefully pull out and cut off the byssus thread with your fingers (what mussel is attached to the rock when it grows). Then again, rinse everything thoroughly and put it in a colander.
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
Peel the garlic. Finely chop one clove, leave the second intact.

Pour water into a pot and place it on heat.
Cooking
Take a frying pan, put it over heat.
Pour olive oil, heat it, put one clove of garlic and leave for a few minutes on heat.
Then, we put mussels in shells in a frying pan, close the lid. Stew until the mussels open.
When the mussels are opened, set the frying pan aside.
We remain some mussels in the shells (4 pieces for each portion for decoration of the dish). The others must be cleaned from the shells.
Put the cleaned mussels into the frying pan, add a small amount of water and simmer for a some more minutes. After move them to a colander to drain excess liquid.
We put spaghetti to boiling salted water in a saucepan. IMPORTANT: Cook the pasta according to the instructions, without cooking of 1 minute.
Be sure to note the time. In our case, the pasta cooks 9 minutes according to the instructions, therefore, we cook it for 8 minutes.
Take a large clean frying pan, put it over heat, pour olive oil and slightly heat it. Add in a frying pan finely chopped garlic. Pass, do not fry!
Add the cutted cherry tomatoes in the frying pan. Stew for 4 minutes. Then add the mussels, mix the contents, salt and pepper to taste.
Spaghetti are ready. Drain the water, not forgetting to leave a small amount of water in which the spaghetti were boiled.
Add spaghetti to the contest of the frying pan.
Mix well, add a small amount of water. After 30 seconds our pasta is ready.
Serve the pasta in a large flat / deep plate. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. We advice to decorate the dish with mussels in shells (4 pieces for each portion).
