Put the washed chickpeas to the pot, pour in water. Place it on heat. Boil chickpeas until tender.
Strain off the water from ready chickpeas through a colander, leaving 200 ml of water in which they were boiled.
Blend 150 g of boiled chickpeas.
Pour water into the pot and put it on heat.
Pour olive oil into a frying pan, heat it up and then add a clove of crushed garlic and a sprig of rosemary. When the garlic begins to darken, remove it and rosemary from the frying pan.
Put chickpeas (crushed and whole) to the frying pan, fry, stirring constantly for about 2 minutes. Add broth, salt and pepper, simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
We place the short pasta to boiling salted water in a saucepan. IMPORTANT: cook pasta according to the instructions, without cooking of 1 minute. Be sure to note the time. In our case, the pasta cooks 9 minutes according to the instructions, therefore, we cook it for 8 minutes.
The pasta is ready. Drain the water, do not forget to leave some water in which the spaghetti were boiled.
Add the pasta to the sauce in the frying pan. If the pasta is thick, add some water. Mix thoroughly, 30 seconds and our pasta is ready.
Serve the pasta in a large deep plate.
We recommend to decorate dish with a sprig of rosemary and if desired sprinkle with parmesan.
