Instructions
  1. Peel avocado, chop and put it in a small bowl. Knead the avocado with a fork, sprinkle with lemon juice or lime juice, mix well.
  2. Wash and dry green onions. Cut in small pieces. Add chopped onion together with the avocado and mix well again.
  3. In a bowl with avocado and onion add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, mix.
  4. Wash and dry the leaves of basil. Cut them in small pieces.
  5. Pour water into a saucepan and place it on heat.
  6. Put tortilloni in boiling salted water in a saucepan and cook them according to the instructions without cooking of 1 minute (al dente).
  7. Drain the water and let the pasta cool.
  8. In a large bowl put cooled tortilloni, adding the sauce of avocado and mix well.
  9. Pasta assembly: - serve pasta with sauce in a large deep or flat plate; - sprinkle with finely chopped basil. If desired, add few drops of Tabasco sauce.
