Instructions
Preparation
Remove mozzarella from dew, dry on paper towel.
In the first plate pour flour, in the second - breadcrumbs, in the third break an egg and beat it up a little.
Wash tomatoes, pour over boiling water and leave for 1 minute. Peel tomatoes from skin and seeds. Finely chop into cubes.
Peel a red onion and chop it finely.
Pour water into a saucepan and place it on heat.
Cooking
Take a small stewpan, pour 300 ml of frying oil into it, set on slow heat.
After we take a frying pan, put it on heat. Pour olive oil, heat it up. Add finely chopped red onion into the frying pan, pass over (do not fry). 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Into the frying pan add finely chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer on low heat.
Put farfalle to boiling salted water in a saucepan.
IMPORTANT: to cook farfalle according to the instructions, without cooking of 1 minute. Be sure to note the time. In our case, the pasta cooks 9 minutes according to the instructions, therefore, we cook it for 8 minutes.
When the oil in the stewpan is heated, proceed to the preparation of mozzarella. Gradually roll the mozzarella balls in flour, in an egg, and then in breadcrumbs. We put the prepared mozzarella in the stewpan. Fry for 1-2 minutes until brown. Put the prepared mozzarella on a paper towel, which absorbs excess oil.
Farfalle are ready. Drain the water, not forgetting to leave a small amount of water in which farfalle were boiled.
Combine the farfalle with sauce inside the frying pan. Add some water if necessary.
Serve the pasta in portions, in a large flat / deep plate. Put mozzarella balls on top and decorate with leaves of basil.
