Spaghetti with sea bass
Very tasty pasta with sea bass sauce. It is not so difficult to cook this dish and also duration of cooking is not so long, but the result will pleasantly surprise lovers of seafood.
This pasta is not too caloric, but very tasty.
Italians prepare this dish in the daily menu, and prefer to serve it on a large Christmas table.

Instructions
Preparation
Peel and chop the garlic.
Remove bones from black olives. If you have pitted olives - great. Cut into small pieces.
Remove bones from fish fillet using tweezers. Cut the fish into cubes 1.5 to 1.5 cm.
Pour water into a pan and place it on heat.
Wash and dry tomatoes, cut them into small cubes.
Finely chop the washed and dried parsley.
Cooking
Take frying pan, place it on heat. Slightly heat the olive oil in the pan for about 30 seconds. We send in her garlic. Pass it (fry) over low heat, stirring constantly, until the garlic is clear and soft. IMPORTANT: Garlic should not be fried! The approximate time of browning is 2 minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes, mix well, pour in tomato sauce. Salt, pepper to taste and cook for another 5 minutes.
We send spaghetti to boiling salted water in a saucepan. IMPORTANT: Cook the pasta according to the instructions, without cooking 1 minute. Be sure to note the time. In our case, the pasta cooks 9 minutes according to the instructions, therefore, we cook them for 8 minutes.
Add sliced fish to the sauce in a frying pan. We continue to cook on a slow fire for another 6-7 minutes. You can add some water in which spaghetti is cooked.
Spaghetti ready al dente (bite retains internal elasticity). Drain the water. IMPORTANT: leave a small amount of water in which the pasta was boiled.
We send spaghetti to the sauce in the pan. Mix well. If the pasta is thick - add a small amount of water. 1 minute and our pasta is ready.
Serve the dish in portions in a large flat or deep plate. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. Enjoy your meal! Buon appetito!
