Preparation
  1. Wash the tomatoes, put them in a bowl, pour by boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Peel them, cut into 4 parts, remove the seeds. Grind in a blender.
  2. Rinse the capers, dry on a paper towel. Cut them in small pieces.
  3. Cut green olives in half.
  4. Remove seeds in chili pepper. Cut it in small pieces. Everything must be done in gloves. After - take off the gloves and wash well the cutting board and the knife!
  5. Cut anchovies in small pieces.
  6. Wash grapes, dry on a paper towel. If the grapes are large - cut them into 4 parts, if they aren't - into two. If there are seeds in grapes - remove them.
  7. Open a can of tuna, drain the oil.
Cooking
  1. Pour olive oil into a frying pan, heat it, add chopped anchovies, capers and chili pepper. Fry over low heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. After to the frying pan add green olives, grapes and canned tuna. Mix well and sauté (fry) ingredients for a few minutes.
  3. Аdd water to the pan for cooking pasta. Put it on fire.
  4. To the pan add the tomatoes, chopped in a blender, stir and sauté everything for 15 minutes.
  5. Into the pan with boiling, salted water we send spaghettini tubes. IMPORTANT: the time of cooking pasta should be according to the instructions, without 1 minute cooking - al dente. Be sure to note the time of cooking.
  6. Tubules (spaghetti) are ready, drain the water. IMPORTANT: to remain a small quantity of water in which the pasta was cooked.
  7. Put tubules into the frying pan togehter with the sauce, mix good. Add a small quantity of water in which the tubes were boiling, mix. Add 3-4 basil leaves. Do not cut, tear leaves. 30 seconds and our pasta is ready.
  8. Pasta assembly: - put pasta in a large deep plate - decorate with basil on top. Enjoy your meal! Buon appetito!
